BBK has reaffirmed its commitment to social responsibility by extending its support to the elderly community.
The Bank allocated a total of BD 40,000 in 2023 to support societal initiatives that prioritise social care and enhance the quality of life for the elderly. Hassaan Burshaid, Group Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer, stated: “This contribution is part of the Bank’s dedication to fostering community growth and nurturing healthy family wellbeing while strengthening the overall welfare of the elderly community.”
In this context, the bank organised a visit to the Bahrain Parents Care Society. Ahmed Al Banna, Chairman of the Society, and Huda Al Humood, Executive Manager of the Society, welcomed Rafa Kaddoura, BBK Head of Corporate Communication, and Abdulrahman Danish, Corporate Communication Specialist, and took them on a thorough tour around the society, showcasing the services, programmes, and activities that the Bahrain Parents Care Society offers to its members.
