BCFC launches ‘Sahel’ APP

BCFC has announced the launch of Sahel, an app developed in partnership with Codebase Technologies, a toptier API solution provider.

Announcing the move, BCFC said it aims to offer customers unparalleled flexibility in managing their financing, credit card, and insurance transactions around the clock. Sahel leverages advanced technology to deliver a secure, convenient, and personalized digital experience.

BCFC stated that the “Sahel” app, utilizing the cloud-based services offered by AWS, incorporates a robust security framework with a two-factor authentication secure login process.

The app empowers customers to seamlessly apply for loans, credit cards, and insurance products through a streamlined and expeditious process, eliminating the need for branch visits or prolonged approval waits.

Moreover, it allows users to access and manage details related to credit cards, personal loans, car loans, and insurance. “Sahel” ensures instant access to and utilization of virtual credit cards, both for online transactions and in-store purchases.

Moreover, the app streamlines the process of swiftly repaying loans and settling insurance and credit card dues. Through the app, users can execute loan and credit card payments utilizing “Benefit Pay” or explore a diverse array of other user-friendly payment options.

An additional feature includes the service of linking government e-salary details through “Benefit,” an offering in which the Commercial Facilities Company stands out as a pioneer, ensuring a swift and smooth process to accelerate app credit approvals.

Furthermore, the app integrates with the “open banking” system, further enhancing the efficiency and convenience of financial transactions. They can effortlessly apply for loans, credit cards, and insurance products, eliminating the need for branch visits or adherence to traditional routines.” It is worth noting that the “Sahel” application is accessible on both Android and iOS mobile phones.
