Babasons/Mega Mart concludes 6-month long Goodness Campaign

Babasons/MegaMart wrapped up the six-month long Goodness Campaign with a fun filled Award Ceremony in the BMC auditorium, Segayya. The Goodness Campaign is an employee engagement event driven every year by the Human Resources team with the support of nominees from all Outlets, Distribution Center and Offices.

During this campaign, numerous tournaments, competitions, and challenges are held to engage employees and boost their morale.

The competitions aim to cover job specific activities such as the Product Hunt wherein participants have to collect the list of products in the shortest span of time, Fastest Check Out for the cashiers, Best Dessert challenge and Cooking without Fire challenge to name a few.

They also conduct fun games such as Minute to Win it, chess, carrom, etc. The most awaited tournament every year is the Gully Cricket with the highest number of passionate participants from across the corporate ladder.

The championship trophy was bagged by the reining champ, Commerce Comrade. This year, they successfully witnessed participation of a whopping 60% of the total workforce from all the departments.

To further encourage active participation, winners and runners-up are awarded trophies, medals and cash prizes every year. Certificate of participation are also given to the participants. Winners, runners-up and participants were welcomed to the Award Ceremony this week and were also entertained by fellow colleagues with singing, dancing, mimicry, and comedy.

Anil Nawani, General Manager for Babasons/Mega Mart praised the efforts of the Human Resources team for seamlessly driving this campaign and also thanked all the employees who have participated and supported to make this campaign one of the key highlights of the year.
