GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre Board convenes in Manama

The Board of Directors of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre convened in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Dr. Kamal Abdullah Al-Hamad, the Centre’s Secretary General, outlined that the board delved into discussions regarding the new operational plan and prospective strategy for the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, as the Centre aims to attain a prominent global position among the foremost arbitration Centres.
Dr. Al-Hamad further noted that the meeting concentrated on delineating key strategic measures to enhance and advance services in accordance with the highest international standards.
This is part of the Centre’s dedication to excellence, elevating quality standards, bolstering international standing, and solidifying its role as a primary reference for resolving global commercial disputes.
The Board of Directors celebrated Bahrain’s national holidays, honoring the creation of the modern Bahraini state during the era of the founder Ahmed Al-Fateh as an Arab Muslim state in 1783 AD, as well as recognizing the anniversary of His Majesty the King assuming leadership.
The Centre conveyed congratulations to the Kingdom of Bahrain, extending warm wishes to His Majesty the king, government, and people on the occasion of the national holidays. The center expressed hopes for the continued progress and prosperity of both the Kingdom and the Arab Gulf countries.
