NBB, Grnata Group join hands for Al-Rayyan Project financing

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Grnata Group, whereby the bank will provide exclusive offers for residential properties located in the ‘Al-Rayyan’ project in Budaiya.

The Grnata Group is one of Bahrain’s leading property companies, and the recently signed MoU will enable NBB to provide accessible financing schemes for customers interested in purchasing an ‘Al-Rayyan’ property.

NBB will offer prospective buyers a six-month grace period, competitive interest rates, a tenure period of up to 30 years, swift approval processes, and a special gift for the first 20 buyers.

Subah Abdullatif AlZayani, Chief Executive, Retail Banking at NBB, said, “By collaborating with prominent developers in Bahrain, such as the Grnata Group, we are committed to fulfil the customers’ aspirations to own property and find their ideal home.” The Grnata Group’s Head of Marketing, Ahmed Habib, said, “Through collaborating with NBB, Bahraini residents will be able to relocate to this premium development.”
