Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) proudly participated in the 25th anniversary celebration of the Crown Prince International Scholarship Programme (CPISP).

The event, attended by over 200 scholarship students and alumni, was a resounding testament to the program’s enduring legacy of nurturing future leaders. NBB, a Gold-accredited organization by Investors in People and a recognized Employer of Choice in Bahrain, seized this opportunity to connect with the Kingdom’s most promising talent.

Group Chief Executive Officer, Usman Ahmed, and Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Sarah Jamal, led the Bank’s delegation, demonstrating NBB’s commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Empowering next generation

The Group CEO engaged in meaningful conversations with students throughout the event, culminating in a special luncheon with His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, distinguished guests, and CPISP scholars.

This esteemed gathering provided a platform for NBB to highlight its dedication to empowering the next generation of industry professionals.

Opportunities

Further solidifying its longstanding support for the program, NBB established a dedicated stand at the sponsor’s corner.

Here, the Bank’s Human Resources team actively engaged with students, discussing exciting internship and employment opportunities across NBB’s various departments.

NBB’s officials said the group’s participation in the CPISP 25th anniversary event underscores its unwavering commitment to partnering with prominent entities in support of educational and youth initiatives.

By investing in the future of Bahrain’s brightest minds, NBB continues to play a vital role in shaping a more prosperous and dynamic nation, they added.
