Huawei: Security Champion at MWC 2024

As part of the OIC-CERT's cybersecurity roundtable, Huawei joined forces with 13 members and organisations from across the globe to address the pressing challenges facing our digital future.

Under the theme of ‘Instilling Digital Trust & Resilience’, the roundtable served as a platform for thought leaders and industry experts to exchange insights, finalise action plans, and lay the groundwork for a more secure cyberspace.

From Oman to Uzbekistan, representatives came together to tackle issues ranging from 5G security to supply chain integrity, recognising the pivotal role of collaboration in safeguarding our digital infrastructure.

Badar Ali Said Al Salehi, Chair of the OIC-CERT, set the tone for the discussions, emphasising the urgent need for global cooperation in the face of escalating cyber threats.

With cybersecurity luminaries like Professor Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Choudhary and Sean Yang at the forefront, participants delved into topics such as enhancing digital trust, fortifying resilience, and charting a path forward for AI security.
