BisB partners with Al Raha Real Estate

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) has partnered with Al Raha Real Estate to provide exclusive financing offers for customers looking to buy housing units at “Beaut Budaiya”, a project designed to offer exceptional housing opportunities for Mazaya social housing beneficiaries.

Abdulla Yousif Bahzad, Senior Manager - Priority Banking, represented the bank during the signing of the agreement.

Mohammed Asad Nashad represented Al Raha Real Estate. Under the partnership, BisB will provide financing applicants with competitive prices on “Beaut Budaiya” villas, in addition to complementary fire insurance coverage.

Al Raha Real Estate will be offering coupons worth BD2,000 for the first 10 customers who receive approval on their financing from the Bank.

Moreover, 20 of the Bank’s customers will also have the chance to obtain coupons worth BD1,000 from Al Raha Real Estate to purchase any home appliances from IKEA, Home Box or Home Centre.

“Beaut Budaiya”, the first of its kind in the Kingdom, is an integrated, sustainable residential community comprising of 121 modern residential villas located in the heart of Budaiya.

The project encompasses a wide array of nearby services, including: a health center, medical clinics, schools, a gas station, supermarkets, parks, and a number of shopping and entertainment destinations such as the Farmer’s Market.

“Beaut Budaiya” consists of 4 various types of villas that meet the diverse needs of Bahraini families.

The villas are comprised of two floors, 3 to 4 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, two kitchens, housemaid’s room, storage room, two parking spots, and an outdoor yard.
