BisB, Al Namal Contracting & Trading Co. partner for exclusive Al Rayyan Villa offers

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) has signed a partnership agreement with Al Namal Contracting and Trading to provide exclusive financing offers for customers looking to purchase a property at “Al Rayyan Villas” in Jannusan, which was invested in and developed by Al Namal.

This initiative underscores the bank’s efforts to deliver exceptional real estate offers that meet the needs of beneficiaries under the Mazaya and Tas’heel social housing schemes.

This collaboration follows a series of partnerships recently conducted by BisB alongside several real estate developers to support the government’s directives for the national housing programme. As part of the agreement, the bank will extend competitive prices to potential buyers of “Al Rayyan Villas” as well as offer them free fire insurance.

Upon purchasing one of the villas in the project, customers will also receive BD500 provided by Al Namal Real Estate in cash or as a gift voucher.

Fatema Alalawi, Chief Retail Banking Officer at BisB, said: “In line with the Kingdom’s Economic Vision that positions the private sector as a key driver of economic growth and development, the Bank strives to contribute to the housing programme by supporting Mazaya and Tas’heel beneficiaries in finding suitable housing options with competitive prices and exclusive benefits.

This has motivated us to strengthen our partnerships with the real estate sector and create agreements, like our agreement with Al Namal, through which we hope to provide customers with facilitated financing solutions and additional features.”

Al Rayyan combines tradition and modernity with its various designs, set across 237 villas equipped with the latest innovations and technologies.

The project offers 11 villa types, providing customers with the opportunity to pick a villa that aligns with their personal budget and family lifestyle.

Each villa comprises 3 to 4 bedrooms, in addition to an outdoor area in the front and back, along with breathtaking views and close proximity to the beach.

The project’s nearby services and facilities serve to meet the needs of all Bahraini families.
