GISEC GLOBAL 13th edition wraps up with AI spotlight, explores cybersecurity

The 13th edition of GISEC GLOBAL, the largest cybersecurity exhibition in the Middle East and Africa concluded with a focus on the latest advancements and innovations harnessing the power of AI in the future of Cybersecurity.
Dr Jassim Haji, Executive Advisor to HH Sheikh Nasser AI R&D Centre in the kingdom of Bahrain visit to the event focused on discussions about the critical role of AI powered threat management and detection, in addition to how the integration of generative AI will be key for advancing the future competencies of Cybersecurity.
During the visit Dr Haji and Bahrain team met with Dr. Aloysius Cheang, Chief Security Officer, Huawei Middle East & Central Asia to discuss Huawei strategy for building cyber security ecosystem in the region, and the opportunities of optimizing cyber security capabilities through the integration of AI in Huawei cybersecurity strategies and solutions.
