BisB organises second property event

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), the leading provider of Islamic digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is organising the second edition of its Property Event covering its financial solutions.

Building on the success of the inaugural event held last September, this event reinforces BisB’s commitment to supporting government initiatives aimed at empowering citizens with accessible housing solutions. Held in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and Eskan Bank and, the event will be a one-stop shop for individuals looking to own their dream homes.

This year’s event will be held across Three of BisB Financial Malls over three consecutive weekends from 23rd May to 7th June 2024, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm each day. The Property Event will kick off on the weekend of 23rd and 24th May at Arad Financial Mall. The following weekend, on 31st May and 1st June, the event will be held in BisB’s Budaiya Financial Mall.

The third weekend is scheduled for 6th June and 7th June at the Bank’s Hamad Town Financial Mall. The distributions of the events is to ensure convenient opportunities for residents in different areas of Bahrain to attend the event.

The event serves as a one-stop shop for individuals seeking to realise their homeownership aspirations. BisB will show a range of competitive real estate financing options designed to cater to the needs of potential homeowners.

These include competitive rates, free fire insurance for the financed properties, and other benefits part of Eskan Bank’s Housing Finance portfolio. Event visitors will have the opportunity to participate in Tejoori Al Islami’s interactive games and win instant, valuable cash prizes.

The event will also feature Bahrain’s leading real estate development companies’ projects and available properties for end users, including Diyar Al Muharraq, Naseej, Al Janabiya Gate Real Estate, Era Real Estate, Delmon Gate, Manazel Real Estate, Al Raha Real Estate, VK Universal Property Management Co, and Effects Real Estate.

These developers will showcase their distinguished residential projects that meet the diverse requirements of prospective homeowners.
