Magic of Winter Concert at BSB

The BSB’s Senior Winter Concert was held on Monday evening. The smell of hot chocolate and mince pies lingered in the air. Guests entered the warmth in the Sports Hall from the cold outside and were greeted with a beautiful festive, wintery scene.

The programme was filled with fantastic performances from students of three years old to 12 years old. The two new collaborative groups between juniors and seniors: Orchestra and Whole School Choir made their debut, along with another brand new ensemble to BSB, the Ukulele Club. Superb solo performances added to the high quality programme.

It was the perfect night to get the students in the mood for the festive season. Dittrich, BSB Director of Music and Shepherd, Teacher of Music were given appreciation. Khalil Ahmed, Head of Senior School said that the sense of community, excellent range of musical opportunities and skills and talent shown by the students ranging from the very young to the eldest was commendable. “It was a delight to watch so many new faces performing. It’s all testaments to the dedication of BSB Music department,” he added.
