St Christopher's School Bahrain held Global Citizen’s Day
St Chris held Global Citizen’s Day, an annual event to celebrate the rich cultural diversity of the School community. With students from over 60 nations this created a beautiful display of tradition and heritage.
The whole school community took part in the day’s activities. The exciting and colourful National Costume Parade began the programme of events. The children, grouped by country, paraded along a planned route around the grounds of the Saar site. This was followed with visits to individual Country Stalls set up across all three school halls. The effort parents put in to their stalls was immense and gave all the children a fantastic insight into the customs and traditions of other nations – this year the school was proud to host 27 country stalls!
