“Masters and Monsters”
The senior students of Al Raja School staged a drama called “Masters and Monsters” with the theme “One Earth. One Home. One Life”.
The production was held before the middle and high school students and staff in the school auditorium on Wednesday. It was a part of the school’s week-long programme about taking care of the environment. The plot follows the battle between the masters and monsters of the four elements of nature. They emerge from their own abode, particularly the monsters because of the severity of man’s abuses of his environment. The monsters gain strength while the masters lose theirs. The latter find restoration of power from a village that cares for the environment. The monsters keep on influencing man to destroy nature. Disasters upon disasters happen. It ultimately ends up with Mother Nature, as soon as the Masters unite, comes to overpower the monsters. It relays a message of joining hands in protecting and caring for the environment.
