Bahrain Indian School launches Mobile App

Bahrain Indian School (BIS) has launched a mobile application for the parents, the first CBSE School to do so in the Kingdom of Bahrain. BIS  being a digital campus, the app  is a boon for the parents, as no more logging in and out or remembering the password is required. Since BIS considers parents, the partners in child’s growth, this mobile app comes handy. The digital campus has the provision of uploading  LMS(Learning Management System) and lesson plans. The LMS keeps parents informed in advance about the syllabus, the pedagogy and the entire teaching-learning taking place in the school during the week. There are lot of features like time-table, circulars, photo gallery and many more. One of the important features is communication with the staff. Communication is vital as it keeps the parents connected with the school activities and in case of any query or confusion, it gets addressed immediately. With the Mobile App, now all these information is at the fingertip and without the headache of logging in each time.

BIS  resource head Mr Datta had come from Dubai to address and  orient the parents regarding the usage of the same. Directors Mr & Mrs Verma congratulated the IT team for bringing out the app. Principal Dr Heena Rachh welcomed and thanked one and all present at the event.
