Bahrain Polytechnic reopens photo session for graduates

Manama: Bahrain Polytechnic announces that another photo session will be available for the graduates for the academic year 2015- 2016, which will take place starting from 19th – 22nd September 2016.

Ms. Huda Alhalwachi, Manager: Enrolments, Progression & Results, stated: “This photo shoot session will only be for graduates who were unable to get their photos taken for the graduation booklet during the first period.

“The photo session will take place at Building 24 at the Polytechnic campus in Isa Town, from 9 a.m – 2 p.m from Monday to Wednesday. On Thursday, the photo sessions will take place from 4 p.m – 8 p.m.”

Male graduates are required to wear either a white thobe, ghutra and agal, or a formal suit with a white shirt and a tie for the photo session. Female graduates are required to wear either a black abaya with black shaila or hijab, or a formal suit with a white shirt.

Furthermore, Ms. Alhalwachi emphasized that the graduates need to update their personal data and confirm their attendance for the graduation ceremony. She added that the Polytechnic will be forced to use the graduate’s university ID card photo in the booklet should they not attend the photo session.
