St. Christopher's School organise Festive Fayre

The annual Festive Fayre organised by the Friends of St. Christopher's School, Bahrain (FOSC) will take place on Friday 11am to 3pm  at Saar Campus. It is the school’s main fundraising event. This is a huge event on the St. Christopher calendar and, as a not- for-profit school all the proceeds are used to further develop and enhance the school facilities.

The Fayre opens with the celebrity appearance of Santa arriving in style, as a convertible BMW temporarily replaces his sleigh! Children can enjoy visits to his grotto throughout the day, where they are treated with a chance to speak with the man himself.

Visitors from the local community come together in supporting this annual event, which is fully staffed by volunteers. The School is always pleasantly overwhelmed with the show of support from the local and wider community.

Over 80 vendors will be offering all sorts of items, activities and festive gifts from around the world, with home baked treats such as cookies, gingerbread and cakes also on offer.

Children of all ages enjoy a variety of activities, and the raffle is always very popular with hundreds of visitors gathering in the School Hall to hear the winners names called out at the end of the day.

Everyone is welcome to attend the Fayre, tickets are available on the door for BD1 per person.
