Indian School Bahrain felicitates 800 students
Manama : Around 800 students of the Indian School Bahrain (ISB) were felicitated for their performance during the academic year 2016- 2017 at the Annual Award Ceremony held at the Riffa Campus on Thursday.
Guest of Honour Mohamed Ali Alkhozaae, Chairman of Capital Municipal Council, special guests Dr. Mohammed Rafeeq P.V., Chairman of Gulf Dewaniya Group and Anwar Al Khabi, from the Ministry of Education awarded certificates of excellence to the students.
Students were also felicitated for their academic achievement by members of the Executive Committee including ISB Chairman Prince S Natarajan, ISB Secretary Dr. Shemily P John, ISB Vice- Chairman Muhammad Iqbal, EC Members Khursheed Alam, Saji Antony, Jayafar Maidani, Staff representative Priya Laji, Principal (Isa Town) V. R. Palaniswamy, Principal (Riffa Campus) Sudhir Krishnan, Vice- Principal Pamela Xavier, Head Teachers Salona Pius, Elizabeth Philip and coordinators.
The event also included entertainment programmes by the students based on the theme ‘Splendours of Nature’.
