NHS students bid good bye to exam stress
No more sore eyes and exam fevers! The students of the New Horizon School, Janussan were fortunate to be visited and instructed on 11th January, 2018 by Indian Embassy Yoga Expert Rudresh Kumar Singh.
Singh spoke about how simple Yoga exercises help in attaining focus and concentration. He conveyed to the eager set of students five techniques by which they can excel in academics. The life changing principles he taught were - write to remember and remember to write, continuous revision for 15 days, physical exercise, proper sleep, group study and meditation.
He also demonstrated some breathing exercises and clapping techniques which are good stress busters. The session was thoroughly enjoyed by the students who promised to practice each one of them including saying ‘No’ to junk food.
