Grade 12 students to sit national exams on Sunday
Manama : About 9,000 grade 12 students from all government schools and eight private schools today will sit for their national exams, organised and supervised by the Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA).
The National Examinations will run until Wednesday, March 7.
The annual evaluative exams will test students in Arabic, English and problem-solving in order to measure their acquisitions in these three fields of knowledge in the pre-higher education phase.
The National Examination for sixth grade students will be held from April 22 to 26.
The national exams reveal significant indicators reflecting the standard of public and private schools and students, and contribute to upgrading the output of the education process in accordance with the labour market needs, and the requirements for joining higher education institutions.
