Changing world by spreading kindness

World Kindness Day, an internationally recognised initiative, was celebrated at St Christopher’s with children of all age group    performing random acts of kindness at school and at home.

‘Kindness Squad’ of St Christopher’s Junior School met staff, parents and pupils with free hugs, high-fives, stickers and special treats as part of the event.

Students and staff of Senior School celebrated the day by encouraging their peers to spread compassion and generosity. The Community Service captains created card stalls where students and teachers could come over, make a card and then send it to someone in school.

Some of the captains also welcomed students into school this morning with happy stamps that they placed on their hands. Student Kamilah El Kanfoudi made paper fortune cookies that she gave out as people came in. They opened the paper up to reveal their fortune inside.
