Art market from today  

An Art Market that will display youth artists’ works in Bab Al Bahrain Souq during the next three days will start today  at 5 pm. Organised by Culture Ministry in cooperation with Bahrain Real-estate Company EDAMA, the market will display products designed by artists of the new generation, including paintings, handcrafts, innovative furniture, photography and much more.

Fine arts exhibition kicks off 

Culture Ministry launches the fortieth Fine Arts Exhibition today at 10 am, under the patronage of the Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and in coordination with Bahrain Arts Society for the first time. The exhibition will kick off in Bahrain National Museum at 10 am and will continue until March 15. Bahraini artists, diplomats, businessmen and intellectuals will attend the opening ceremony, which will also witness the inauguration of two books related to fine arts in the Kingdom and the ministry’s artwork belongings.

Tamkeen Economic Bloc

The Tamkeen Economic Bloc will be campaigning publicly as they vie for the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry Elections. Stakeholders, the Press and the interested public are invited to attend the event on Saturday, January 18, at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre. Bloc Spokesperson Khalaf Hujair will be speaking at the event.

Pongal celebrations 

The Indian Club will celebrate Pongal, the harvest festival of Tamil Nadu, India on 16th and 17th of January on the premises of the Club.
