MOIC’s new look website goes live

Manama : The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism presented its new look website www.moic.gov.bh, which, the ministry said, offers faster loading and adaptive pages in an even better format. The website, according to the ministry, includes “all services required for both the trader and investors and in a way that saves time and effort.”

The website, the ministry said, is capable of adapting itself better to offer optimum viewing experience whether you are using a mobile, tablet device or Personal Computer. The site was inaugurated by Assistant Undersecretary of Resources & Services Abdulaziz Mohamed Alashraaf as delegated by Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Zayed Bin Rashid Alzayani during a press conference held yesterday at the Ministry’s premises. 

“MOIC website includes filters to assist visitors in reaching their goals in record time,” said Chief of eCommerce Applications Section at the Directorate of eCommerce and IT Maram Al Mahmeed. The main advantage is its innovative tagging feature, which allows users to collect information with flexibility and easiness. The Ministry also said it intends to launch a promotional campaign before the start of the second phase, which will focus on adding more languages.
