AUB launches new website

Ahli United Bank (AUB) has launched a new state-ofthe-art website with a particular focus on ease of navigation and access to information and services. The website is targeted towards providing quick and easy access to a vast array of products and services that AUB offers in Bahrain and across the region.

The new website delivers several innovative features including e-forms that make applying for AUB products easy, a unique feature called virtual queuing which allows customers to book appointments at a branch and a new login feature providing access to the bank’s digital platforms. Speaking on the occasion, Shafqat Anwar- Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer - Operations and Technology said, “The aim is to provide convenience to our customers at their fingertips.”

Amongst its many new features and functionalities, the site provides intuitive links to online banking, mobile banking and other e-channels of the Bank, as well as useful tools including loan calculators, interest rates and dial-up to Bank’s contact centre. The site also offers our customers a handy branch and ATM locator which works with Google Maps. The bank also introduces virtual forms to apply for savings, current, MyHassad savings accounts and credit cards, at the same time provides the information relating to it.
