Bahrain Victorious rider Mohoric shines in Slovenia road race

Bahrain Victorious’ Matej Mohoric clinched bronze in Slovenia’s elite men’s road race, finishing the 150.5-kilometre course 2 minutes and 51 seconds behind the winner, Domen Novak of UAE Team Emirates.
Novak’s winning time was 3 hours 45 minutes 51 seconds, with Gal Glivar securing silver just 21 seconds behind at the National Championships Slovenia – Road Race.
Mohoric’s bronze follows his earlier success in the Slovenian Individual Time Trial (ITT), where he secured gold by edging out teammate Matevz Govekar.
Meanwhile, Edoardo Zambanini earned bronze in Italy’s demanding 228-kilometre road race, crossing the finish line a mere 17 seconds behind winner Alberto Bettiol. Lorenzo Rota claimed silver in a closely contested race.
Bahrain Victorious celebrated a remarkable haul across various national championships, including gold for Dusan Rajovic (Serbia), silver for Kamil Gradek (Poland), and bronze for Yukiya Arashiro (Japan) in their respective ITT competitions.
This string of successes shows Bahrain Victorious’ commitment to excellence and their formidable presence in European cycling championships.
