Bahrain’s swimmer Summier Amani Al-Obaidly made a remarkable impact in the 100 Metre Backstroke event at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Al-Obaidly set both a new personal best and a national record during the heats, finishing in sixth place. Al-Obaidli completed the Heat 2 with a time of 1:04.27.
However, she did not advance to the semi-finals. Although Al-Obaidly’s journey in the 100 Metre Backstroke concluded with the heats, her achievements at Paris 2024 are a proud moment for Bahrain.
