KHK Open Bodybuilding Championship Draws Over 120 Athletes

The Bodybuilding Federation has wrapped up the Khalid bin Hamad Open Bodybuilding Championship.
Held under the patronage of HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, the event took place last Friday at the Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa Hall at the University of Bahrain.
The championship drew over 120 athletes from Bahrain and beyond. Dr Abdulrahman Sadiq Askar, CEO of the GSA, and Mr Sami Al Haddad, President of the Bahrain Bodybuilding Federation, were present.
Mr Sami Al Haddad expressed appreciation for the support and patronage of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, which he said was crucial to the championship’s success.
