Bahrain Boxing Federation packs a punch with dual bronze medals at Sarajevo Trophy Tournament

Two of Bahrain’s top up-and-coming boxers, Ali Asad and Fahad Al Abdulla, represented the Kingdom with distinction at this European Boxing Confederation (EUBC) event.
Asad competed in the men’s 80kg category, while Al Abdulla fought in the men’s 57kg class. Their impressive performances earned them bronze medals, bringing great pride to the Kingdom.
Accompanied by Bahrain Boxing Federation head coach Tony Davis and assistant coach Mohamed Naseem, Asad and Al Abdulla showed remarkable grit throughout the competition.
The BBF is set to host a national team training camp on Thursday at Exhibition World Bahrain. Boxers from Sweden, Qatar, and Kuwait will also participate, providing a platform for further development and international exposure.
The dual bronze medals mark a proud moment for Bahraini boxing, reflecting the federation’s continued growth and the athletes’ relentless pursuit of excellence.
