3rd Bahrain National Day Chess Festival 2024: A Huge Success

The 3rd Bahrain National Day Chess Festival, held from December 14th to 17th, 2024, at Al Oruba Club in Juffair, was a resounding success, showcasing the country's growing passion for chess. Organized by Arjun’s Chess Academy (ACA) and Al Oruba Club, with the backing of the Bahrain Chess Federation, the event saw over 250 players, ranging from budding young talents to seasoned veterans, competing in a range of categories.
The festival featured four highly competitive formats: Junior Rapid (Under-16), Children’s Rapid (Under-10), FIDE Blitz, and FIDE Rapid. Players battled for the top spots, with intense matches captivating the crowd throughout the four-day event.
