Drag and Drift Nights and Fitness on Track take centre stage at BIC

The Bahrain International Circuit, “the Home of Motorsport in the Middle East,” is set to host two nights of exciting events, beginning tonight with the EK Kanoo Drag and Drift Nights, followed by the Batelco Fitness on Track event tomorrow evening.
Motorsport enthusiasts will have the opportunity to test their skills at the Drag Nights on the quarter-mile track, where participants can race their own cars and motorcycles.
Simultaneously, the circuit’s parking lots will host the Drift Nights, allowing participants to test their vehicle control through sharp turns and obstacles, showcasing their drifting abilities.
Participants can register for one or both events tonight, with a registration fee of 11 Bahraini Dinars for both or 8 Bahraini Dinars for a single event. Registration opens at 5 PM at the venue, with events running from 6 PM to 11 PM. All participating vehicles must undergo a mandatory safety inspection.
Passengers can ride along with drivers for 4.500 Bahraini Dinars, while spectators can watch the action for 2 Bahraini Dinars.
On Tuesday evening, cyclists, runners, and fitness enthusiasts are invited to participate in the Batelco Fitness on Track event. Open to all ages from 6 PM to 10 PM, this event offers an opportunity to maintain fitness in a safe environment on the world-class circuit.
Runners will use the 2.550-kilometer inner track, while cyclists will use the 3.543-kilometer outer track, with a dedicated children’s cycling area also available.
Pre-registration and payment are required through the Bahrain International Circuit’s official website, bahraingp.com. Participation costs 2 Bahraini Dinars for cyclists and 1 Bahraini Dinar for runners. Children under 12 can participate for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
