The much-awaited return of Rami Hamed to the BRAVE CF cage took place at BRAVE CF 92 in Bahrain, where the Arab superstar stopped Salamat Orozakunov in the first round of a high-stakes Super Welterweight clash. The fight marked Hamed’s return to the organization after five years and extended his winning streak to six fights.

Hamed has remained undefeated since his last appearance in BRAVE Combat Federation at BRAVE CF 33 and with his statement win at BRAVE CF 92, Hamed has risen as a top contender in the Super Welterweight division. The victory, however, was not an easy one. Hamed overcame a nasal fracture sustained during the fight to stop Salamat Orozakunov.

Salamat capitalized on the injury and nearly secured a finish, but Hamed bounced back strongly to get the stoppage. After the fight, Hamed shared a photo on social media showcasing the damage to his nose. The injury will keep him out of action for some time, but Hamed is eyeing a title shot upon his return. The Super Welterweight division had an active 2024, headlined by Luiz Cado’s crowning as the new champion.

Alongside Cado, former champions Kamal Magomedov and Marcin Bandel, African superstar Eliezer Kubanza, and European standout Alex Lohore are all in the race for the title. Hamed’s entry into the mix has raised the stakes and set the stage for an exciting 2025 in the BRAVE CF Super Welterweight division.
