The Bapco Energies Bahrain Championship at Royal Golf Club has delivered three days of terrific Golf, with England’s Callum Tarren leading as the frontrunner heading into the final round. Tarren currently sits atop the leaderboard at 13-under-par, following impressive rounds of 64, 67, and 72.

A Tight Race at the Top
Close on his heels is Spanish contender Pablo Larrazábal, who trails by just one stroke at 12-under after a solid 70 in the third round. He shares the second-place spot with England’s Daniel Brown and Italy’s Francesco Laporta, both of whom have displayed remarkable consistency with matching scores of 204 across three rounds.

Joining them in the battle for the title is England’s Brandon Robinson Thompson, who delivered an electrifying first-round 61 but faced a challenging second round before bouncing back with a 68. With such a tightly packed leaderboard, the final round promises a gripping finale.

Rising Stars and Notable Performances
Italy’s Andrea Pavan and France’s Martin Couvra are also in contention at 11-under, having shown resilience on the demanding course. Germany’s Marcel Schneider and Finland’s Tapio Pulkkanen are part of a strong chasing pack at 10-under, determined to make a final-day charge.

Further down the leaderboard, former Ryder Cup player Bernd Wiesberger and Scotland’s Connor Syme remain within striking distance at 9-under, hoping for a low-scoring round to climb up the rankings.

The Stage is Set for a Dramatic Finale
With the Royal Golf Club’s challenging layout testing every aspect of the players’ game, the final round is poised to deliver high drama. The competition remains fierce, and the championship title is still up for grabs, ensuring an exhilarating conclusion to one of the standout events on the DP World Tour calendar.
