The Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2025 is just about three weeks away, and fans can expect an incredible time off the track with Bahrain International Circuit’s (BIC) wide array of colourful attractions for the whole family. The grand prix spectacle is scheduled for 11 to 13 April at ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’, and the wide-ranging entertainment offerings – put together in signature BIC style – are set to be a top draw throughout the three days of excitement in Sakhir.
A major part of these will be the army of roaming acts who will be all around the circuit, engaging with fans and putting smiles on race-goers’ faces.
Amongst these performers are the Living Garden stilt-walkers, the Circolation acrobats, the Girlesque Band instrumentalists, Jordi the Mime Clown, and Hop Hop the acrobatic juggler.
Tickets to the F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2025 can still be purchased but with only very limited availability. Following the announcement of BIC this week that it has completely sold out its 10,500-capacity Main Grandstand, the Turn 1 and Beyon grandstands are now over 95% sold, with there is low availability for the University and Victory grandstands.
Fans who have yet to secure their seats are therefore urged to purchase theirs at the earliest to avoid missing out on this must-attend event.
Some hospitality options remain but also with limited availability, as the Paddock Club and Corporate Lounges are already sold out. There is some availability in Champions Club and The Dome by F1 Experiences, both of which feature unique offerings to the race weekend.
BIC is also offering a number of travel packages for the F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2025 for fans wishing to attend from abroad.
These have been curated in collaboration with Gulf Air Holidays and Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority. The packages offer a range of options, including return flights, hotel accommodations, grand prix tickets, and transfers – all at competitive rates.
This year’s F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix features the slogan “The Desert Never Sleeps”, and it will mark the fourth round of the 2025 FIA F1 World Championship. It will be celebrating the 75th anniversary of both F1 and national carrier and grand prix title sponsor Gulf Air.
Roaming acts
Amongst the roaming acts, the Living Garden is an enchanting group of stilt-walkers and entertainers, whose captivating ensemble brings vibrant energy and artistry. They will be mesmerising audiences with their stunning costumes and graceful movements.
The acrobatic performers of Circolation will be bringing an electrifying blend of agility and grace amongst attendees, as they perform their stunning acrobatics right in the heart of the crowd.
The Girlesque Band is a talented ensemble of instrumentalists who beautifully blend captivating melodies with a touch of glamour. This dynamic group showcases a diverse repertoire that spans multiple genres – from jazz and pop to classical and contemporary – ensuring a delightful musical experience. Jordi the Mime Clown will be bringing joy and laughter to BIC with his colourful costume, expressive gestures, and playful antics. He can certainly charm audiences of all ages.
Hop Hop is an acrobatic juggler who brings excitement to every performance. With his infectious energy and flair for the dramatic, he captivates onlookers with jaw-dropping juggling skills and gravity-defying acrobatics.
Live performance
Aside from the roaming performers, the off-track entertainment will be headlined by a live performance from international dance music superstar Peggy Gou, who will be taking to the stage on the Saturday night of F1 weekend on 12 April. All those with tickets to the grand prix will be able to enjoy Gou’s concert at no extra cost.
Also, globally renowned act Circus Extreme is coming to BIC, the fan-favourite Ferris Wheel is back, a Kids Race Festival featuring popular characters such as Sonic the Hedgehog, Snoopy, Popeye Kids, and more will be on hand, as well as spectacular other shows.
A special charity auction has been launched by BIC in the lead-up to F1 weekend, aiming to raise money for the Royal Humanitarian Foundation. With the generosity of many of the F1 teams, BIC has gathered an incredible selection of unique items of F1 memorabilia along with some amazing donations from Gulf Air.
The auction is now live and will continue until race day on 13 April. It can be accessed on Mazad, where fans can place online bids for the items.
