Excitement Builds as 21st Bahrain Grand Prix Race Hits the Track Today

The 21st edition of the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2025 is officially underway today at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East,” as Round 4 of the 2025 Formula 1 World Championship takes centre stage.
Today’s much-anticipated night race will ignite the skies of Sakhir from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., while the circuit welcomes fans from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The day promises non-stop excitement with a packed schedule of international and regional races, electrifying entertainment, live performances, concerts, and engaging family activities, making it the biggest sporting and social event in the region.
The final day of the bustling Formula 1 Village is also happening today, after several days of drawing massive crowds. Visitors have been enjoying a lively atmosphere filled with roaming performances, interactive zones, and photo ops, all celebrating the spirit of Formula 1.
Fans arrived early this morning to soak up the festivities, enjoying live music on the main stage, comedy acts, artistic displays, and a festive environment throughout the circuit. Families and children have been especially active in the entertainment zone behind the Main Grandstand, where a wide range of fun, safe activities are available for all ages.
In a special highlight, BIC’s charity auction in support of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation continues online until this evening. Backed by several Formula 1 teams, the auction offers motorsport fans a chance to own unique memorabilia, including:
