Nasser bin Hamad attends Bahrain Tournament for Falcon, Hunting

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee attended the shooting contest within the competitions of Bahrain Tournament for Falcon and Hunting.
The competitions of the second week of the five-week tournament were concluded at Al Sabkha area near Bahrain International Endurance Village.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa commended on the skilled performance shown by the participants in the first and second weeks of the tournament.

He also thanked the attendees and spectators for contributing in the success of the tournament, which aims to preserve the traditional sports of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the GCC region.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa congratulated the winners of the first places of the different contests of the tournament.

HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa. President of Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF), a number of the Royal Family members and traditional sports enthusiasts also attended the competitions of the last day of the second week of the tournament.

HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa awarded the winners of the remaining contests of the day, including falconry, Saliki hunting dogs race and a traditional Arabian horse race.

The competitions of the third week will be held between January 28 – January 30 and will include HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa Cup for Falconry.
