BOC member to head Bahrain delegation to Sharjah
Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) member and chairwoman of Women’s Sport Committee at the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees Shaikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa will tomorrow head to Sharjah, in the UAE to chair Bahrain’s delegation to the Arab Women’s Clubs Sports Tournament.
The tournamentis scheduled to take place from February 1 to 13 with teams from around the Arab countries competing in a variety of sports.
Accompanied by BOC Arab public relations head Mohammed Al Zayed, Shaikha Hayat will also be attending the Supervising and Follow-up Committee.
Bahrain will compete in seven sports, namely shooting, athletics, basketball, fencing, table tennis, volleyball and archery at the two-week tournament
