La Liga is back, so are Suarez and Hazard as big two resume contest
Barcelona
La Liga will resume on Thursday with the Seville derby kicking off 110 games in 35 days.
The Spanish title race picks up from where it left off three months ago this weekend with two points separating leaders Barcelona from second-placed Real Madrid.
Barcelona will have Luis Suarez available for Saturday’s trip to Mallorca. He needed knee surgery last January and looked to have played his final game of the campaign.
The Uruguayan forward was declared fit again last week but cautious Barcelona coach Quique Setien said: “Suarez is in good shape but we should avoid risks.”
That could mean Martin Braithwaite starts up front with Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann.
Messi gave all Barcelona fans a scare at the end of last week when he missed training session with a small muscle contraction in the quadriceps of his right leg.
