BFA President mourns veteran Bahraini coach

Bahrain Football Association (BFA) President Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa has mourned national coach Abdulaziz Ameen who passed away today.
The veteran Bahraini coach was of the one of the pillars of football in Bahrain, as he led the national youth team to the semi-finals of the FIFA Under-17 World Cup in 1989, which was held in Scotland.
The late Abdulaziz Ameen played for Al-Najma club, and started his training career in 1979. He was appointed head coach of the national youth team in 1988, and then coached a number of national clubs, including Al-Najma, Busaiteen and East Riffa.
BFA President offered profound condolences to all the members of the football community in Bahrain, and the relatives of the deceased, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest his soul in eternal peace.
