Egypt defeated the UAE 4-3 in the other final four contest yesterday. Bahrain made their debut in the tournament this year. They are coached by Brazilian Lino Gomes.

The Bahrainis finished the tournament with two wins to begin the group stage before losing their last game before heading into the semi-finals.
