Bahrain Endurance 13's Holly Lawrence wins 70.3 Ironman Des Moines race

Bahrain Endurance 13, Holly Lawrence, has won the 70.3 Ironman Des Moines professional race.
Despite the late start, bad weather conditions and the shortened bike race, Holly Lawrence claimed victory at the race after clocking 2 hours, 53 minutes, 46 seconds.
The victory will contribute to raising her ranking to 6 after finishing sixth in the IRONMAN 70.3 North American Championship, held in St. George last month.
Lawrence, who won all four continental Ironman 70.3 Championships in 2019, has her sights set on winning the Ironman 70.3 European Championships in Elsinore, Denmark next weekend.
