Pumas bring back Bosch for World Cup semi-final

Marcelo Bosch makes an immediate return to the Argentina side to face Australia in the World Cup semi-final on Sunday after serving a one match ban for a spear tackle.

 Bosch -- who committed the offence minutes after coming on as a replacement in the final pool game against Namibia -- is the only change in Daniel Hourcade's starting XV from the team which dismantled Ireland in the quarter final.

 Bosch takes the place of Matias Moroni, a try-scorer in the 43-20 win over Ireland. Moroni drops out of the match-day 23.

 Inspirational captain Agustin Creevy, though, will start after there were doubts about his fitness earlier in the week as the hooker had come off with 25 minutes remaining of the quarter-final.

 The Pumas will be in their first World Cup semi-final since 2007, when they lost to South Africa but went on to beat hosts France in the third-place play-off.

 At this World Cup they have been showing off a new attacking style that has yielded 26 tries in five matches.

 Australia have won 18 of the 24 games between the two nations, with the Pumas taking five and one match drawn.

 Argentina last beat the Wallabies in October last year which was one of the factors that brought to an end the troubled reign of Ewen McKenzie as Australia coach and heralded the arrival of Michael Cheika.
