Regency A in crushing win

 Regency A crushed Swiss-Bel B by 67 runs in the latest round of matches of the Fourth Inter-Hotel Charity Cricket Tournament, 2015 at the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain Hotel and Spa recreation area.

Batting first, Regency A scored a massive 97 for three in its six overs with great knocks from man of the match Imran (31 off 14 deliveries, 6x4, 1x6, Qamar (24 off 6 balls, 1x4, 3x6) and Yasir (19 off 13, 2x4, 1x6), while Bijesh (two for 11) returned the best bowling figures.
Swiss-Bel in reply were restricted to 31 for four in its six overs with Namal (12 off 19, 2x4) top scoring and Abbas (one for nine) the best of the bowlers.
Westin beat Crown Plaza by four wickets after the latter were bowled out for 23 in 5.3 overs with Digamber (8 off 10, 1x4) the top scorer and Nidesh (one for four) the best of the bowlers.
Westin comfortably reached the target scoring 24 for one in three overs thanks to man of the match Shehzad (14 not out of 7, 1x4, 1x6) with Raju (one for three) the best bowler.

A total of 23 teams from 21 hotels are participating and split into four groups, battling it out for the title on a daily basis with four matches from 6pm to 9pm until the semi-finals and finals on May 25.

All proceeds from the tournament are being donated to the 2015 official charity partner, the Hope Institute.
