Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) is bringing back the very best of motorsport experiences with the launch this weekend of three of its most popular activities for the 2021/2022 season.

Race fans can expect the ultimate thrills on Friday when BIC’s Open Track Night along with the SR3 and Clio Cup car passenger rides are available to enjoy at “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”.

All the action will be held along BIC’s 2.550-kilometre Inner Track between 4pm and 11pm, giving participants the chance to speed around the circuit in the daylight, at twilight and at night under BIC’s state-of-the-art floodlights.

To protect the health of all involved, strict protocols will have to be followed by all those taking part.

Aside from the participants, additional drivers and passengers will be permitted to book.

In Open Track, those taking part can bring either their very own car or motorbike for a chance to explore their limits within a safe and controlled environment.

Driver etiquette is of ultimate importance, so there is no close or aggressive overtaking.

Overtaking is by invitation between corners and driving is monitored, with poor or dangerous driving being dealt with swiftly by officials.

Open Track Night can be availed at a price of BD110.5 for the full night and BD79 for a half night.

A single session costs BD42.

Those who pre-book their slots can benefit from reduced rates.

The full night would be just BD94.5, a half night BD68.5 and a single session at BD31.5. Registration is scheduled for 3pm onwards.

Aside from the Open Track activity, the SR3 and Clio Cup passenger rides can also be enjoyed.

The SR3 Radical car boasts an RPE-Suzuki Generation 1,340 DOHC engine.

It can go from zero to 100kph in 3.4 seconds, and it has a six-speed sequential gearbox and paddle gearshift system.

The SR3 passenger ride costs BD37.
