The participants for BRAVE Combat Federation’s return trip to Russia on Saturday, November 6 have begun arriving in the country. Fighters competing on the highly-anticipated BRAVE CF 55 card set to take place in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don have started arriving on Monday, November 1st.
In the main event, Chicago’s Jose Torres is set to face Russian powerhouse Ali “Puncher King” Bagautinov in the last semi-final encounter of the Flyweight World Title Tournament.
Torres would no longer deal with the difficulties to acclimatize himself to the harsh weather condition of Russia during fight week as the American spitfire chose to wrap up his training camp in Dagestan--the hometown of Bagautinov.
The winner of the encounter will earn a seat in the tourney finals to square off with Velimurad Alkhasov at a yetto-be-announced future event for a chance to become the first-ever BRAVE CF Flyweight champion.
There are several matches on the card that have serious World Title implications, including the middleweight clash between Rustam “The Russian Bear” Chsiev and former division kingpin Daniel “Gaucho” Pereira of Brazil.
There are two other fights in the bout lineup that fans should be on the lookout for. Russia’s Kamil Magomedov and Sam “The Future” Patterson will put their winning streaks at stake against each other as both men are undefeated since 2017 and 2018 respectively, with a potential crack at Ahmed “The Butcher” Amir’s BRAVE CF Lightweight World Championship on the line.
On the other hand, Luis Felipe Dias and Kamal Magomedov will both be making their promotional debuts in what is expected to be a potential eliminator for the vacant BRAVE CF Super Welterweight World Championship.
BRAVE CF 55 is right around the corner, and fans will have plenty to look forward to when the epic show gets underway this weekend. The event will be broadcasted live and free on BRAVE CF TV (bravecftv.com) at 9:00AM EST.
