One of the most important bouts on the stacked BRAVE CF 55 main card, Kamil Magomedov vs Sam Patterson is a Lightweight showdown with serious title implications for the winner. Magomedov not only knows that but believes he’s the sharpest one entering the November 6 contest.

“For me, Sam is a very comfortable opponent. I think he underestimates me, which can be really bad for him. He’s on the top, so, after beating him I will fight for the title,” Magomedov said. “I don’t know exactly what he’s thinking, of course,” he continued. “But one thing I know for sure is that he’s the best possible opponent for me right now.” Coming off six consecutive wins, Kamil Magomedov holds a professional record of 13 wins and only one loss.

One of the most talented members of the new Dagestani generation, he’s a grappling specialist with a staggering 12 submissions under his belt.

BRAVE CF has witnessed plenty of grappling mysterios coming out of KHK MMA, the most recent being the grappling clinic demonstrated by BRAVE CF new Lightweight Champion of the world Ahmed Amir.

With that said, Magomedov isn’t just another prodigy coming out of the team’s wrestlers making factory, but the head BJJ coach of KHK MMA. BRAVE CF 55 held in association with ProFC, will be headlined by the Flyweight World Tournament semifinal between Jose “Shorty” Torres and Ali Bagautinov.

The event will be broadcast live and free on BRAVE CF TV (bravecftv. com) from Rostov-on-Don, Russia this Saturday, November 6 at 9:00 AM EST.
