Cordoba face Riffa in friendly

Spanish football club Cordoba CF will play its second friendly match in the Kingdom tonight against national champions Riffa.
The game is scheduled for a 6 pm kick-off and it will be played at the National Stadium.
Entrance for fans is free, with all procedures to be undertaken as recommended by the National Taskforce for Combatting COVID-19 under the current yellow level.
The game will also be shown live on Bahrain Sports TV.
The match is part of Cordoba’s training camp, which continues until tomorrow.
The Spanish team are preparing for the resumption of their local league.
Cordoba, coached by Spaniard German Crespo Sanchez, earlier played an exhibition against Bahrain’s Al Khaldiya and won 3-1.
Their squad currently in Bahrain includes goalkeepers Felipe Ramos and Carlos Marin; defenders Jose Ruiz, Ekaitz Jimenez, Ricardo Visus, Jose Manuel Alonso, Carlos Puga, Jose Manuel Cruz and José David Pilo Atienza “Tala”; midfielders Christian Delgado Barragan, Toni Arranz, Luismi Redondo, Miguel de las Cuevas, Omar Perdomo, Simo Bouzaidi, Javi Flores and Julio Iglesias; and forwards Willy Ledesma, Adrian Fuentes and Antonio Casas.
Riffa head coach Ali Ashoor will be looking for some top performances from his star players such as Komail Alaswad, Hazza Ali, Mohammed Jassim Marhoon, Jassim Al-Shaikh, Ali Jawhar, Mohamed Anz and Moayad Ajan, among other players.
Cordoba will have one last training in Bahrain today, at the Bahrain Football Association in the morning ahead of the friendly.
