Adnan Al Alawi excels in Riyadh showjumping championship

Bahraini rider Adnan Al Alawi has recently achieved good results under the Victorious slogan by the conclusion of his participation in the Riyadh International Showjumping Championship, ranked 3 stars, amid a strong and exciting competition in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Al Alawi participated in the championship with the main horses Balo and Harmony, where he achieved eleventh place on the first day with the horse Balu in the middle run, with the height of 130 cm and the participation of 75 riders, before achieving eighth place with Harmony in the grand run, with the height of 145 cm and the participation of 26 riders, while he finished tenth with Balu in the middle half, with the participation of 60 riders.

On the third and last day, Al Alawi achieved eighth place with Balu in the final of the middle run with the height of 135 cm and the participation of 55 knights, and he achieved tenth place in the grand prize run, ranked three internationally stars, with the height of 150 cm and the participation of 30 riders.

Al Alawi expressed thanks and appreciation to His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad al Khalifa, His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, for His Highness’s endless support. Al Alawi also thanked His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, President of Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation, for his keen follow up and support.

He explained that his participation in Riyadh International Showjumping Championship comes as part of his preparations to participate in the His Majesty the King’s International Cup, which is ranked 5 stars within the Royal Windsor Festival in Britain, noting that he will continue to make efforts to achieve the best results.
