Al Dawani-Al Bahraini to meet Al Mahmood-Choi for doubles title

The pairing of Nabeel Al Dawani and Kamel Al Bahraini set up a finals meeting with the duo of Ahmed Adel Al Mahmood and Insoo Choi for the Men’s Doubles title in the Bahrain Tennis Club Ramadan Tournament 2022 for the Late Yousif Khalil Almoayyed Cup.
Al Dawani and Al Bahraini advanced to the title match after defeating Jamal Janahi and Essam Thanthawi 1-6, 6-2, 10-6 in their semi-final clash. Al Mahmood and Choi followed suit with a 6-3, 6-4 win over Islam Abo Alam and Khalid Qayoom.
The final is scheduled to be held this evening at 9pm at the BTC hard courts. Both finalists are so far undefeated in the competition, having won all six of their group-stage matches and then taking their triumphs in the final four.
Al Dawani and Al Bahraini were in Group A in the preliminary round, while Al Mahmood and Choi were in Group B.
