Riffa look for title-sealing victory against Manama tonight

Riffa will be looking to secure the title in the 2021/2022 Nasser bin Hamad Bahrain Premier Football League tonight when they face off with chief championship rivals Manama.
Riffa head into the Week 17 clash with a three-point lead on the standings, with this being the penultimate clash of both teams’ season.
A Riffa victory would put them six points clear of Manama heading into their final fixture and mathematically end Manama’s hopes of stealing away the crown.
Manama need to win or draw to extend their bid and send it into the decisive final matchday. Tonight’s game is scheduled for a 9.30pm kick-off at the National Stadium in Riffa.
Riffa are on 38 points in first place having claimed 11 wins while maintaining an undefeated record. Manama follow on the table with 35 points with 10 wins. Another match tonight will have a major impact on third place on the league’s final standings, as Al Khaldiya take on East Riffa.
