Bahrain Club outclass Isa Town

Bahrain Club posted a 91-74 victory over Isa Town last night in their week 15 game of the 2022/2023 Zain Bahrain Basketball League.
Bahrain Club used a one-sided second quarter to take control of the contest and held on to their advantage until the final buzzer.
They outscored their opponents 28-9 in that period to turn a 17-19 deficit at the end of the first to a commanding 45-28 lead at the break.
They led by as many as 23 points the rest of the way, en route to securing their seventh win in 14 outings.
Isa town were dealt their league-worst 12th loss.
American professional Xavier Gibson led all scorers with 36 points for Bahrain Club while also taking down 22 rebounds.
Ali Abbas chipped in with 17 while Husain Safar had 11.
For Isa Town, Oumar Barry scored 23 points whil Mohamed Nabeel had 11 and Talal Qaheri 10.
League action continues tonight with a titanic match-up between title hopefuls Al Ahli and Muharraq.
